A name clicker is a personalised clicker that spells out a name or word of your choice. Each one is built from three parts: a base, a top and a character. You can pick one colour for all the bases and one for all the tops, alternate your colours, or design every piece yourself.

Our clickers are made from PLA, a strong, lightweight plastic. They contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 6.

We photograph our colours as accurately as we can, but lighting and screen settings mean they may look slightly different in real life. Shades can also vary a little between batches.

Go to Personalised Clickers and choose the type of clicker you'd like. Pick your size, then choose the colours of your bases and tops, your characters, and the colour of your wrist strap. A preview image shows what your clicker should look like. If you're happy with it, add it to your basket and check out, and it will be with you within a few days.

You can build a clicker with up to 8 characters on the website. An 8 character clicker is about 25cm long, and anything bigger becomes heavier and harder to hold. If you'd like a longer one, fill in our contact form and we'll arrange it for you.

On the website you can choose the letters A to Z, plus a flower, star, snowflake and heart. Numbers and other characters may be possible on request, so please fill in our contact form before ordering and we'll let you know.

There are 10 base colours and 18 colour combinations for the top, plus a choice of wrist strap colours. If you have a particular colour in mind that isn't listed, get in touch and we'll let you know if we can help.

Yes. As you choose your options, a preview drawing shows what your clicker will look like in your chosen colours. You can save it too.

It depends on the service you choose. With our express service, we make and dispatch your order the next working day. With our standard service, we dispatch within 2 working days.

Express orders are dispatched the next working day on a next day delivery service, so they should be with you in 2 working days. Standard orders usually arrive in 3 to 4 working days. We deliver anywhere in the UK, every parcel is tracked, and delivery prices are shown at checkout.

We can't guarantee an exact delivery date, so we recommend ordering at least 10 days before the big day. If you're short on time, choose our express service or message us first.

Yes. We have stalls at events across the Midlands, where you can design your clicker and have it made on the spot. If you're coming to an event we're attending, we can also bring your order along for you. Just get in touch to arrange it.

Every parcel is sent with a tracking number, so we can see where it is if there's a delay. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us, with a photo if it's damaged, and we'll put it right.

We make orders quickly, often the next day, so please contact us as soon as possible. If we haven't started making it, we can change or cancel it, including fixing a spelling mistake.

Yes. You can return any item, including personalised ones, within 14 days of receiving it. We'll refund the item price, but not the original postage, and you'll need to pay for return postage. If your item is faulty, we'll cover the costs.
